Shipping & Delivery
Please Note: Due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays that are outside of our control. We are doing our best to get the product to your doorstep as soon as we can.
Revelle Linens ships orders across Canada and the USA daily. Lowering your wait time is our top priority and we’ve streamlined our backend to do so (including producing in-house). However, once the package leaves our manufacturing facility we have little control over the package. Please read our shipping policies BEFORE ordering your parcel so you know what is going to happen once you place your order.
Product Pricing
All prices you see on our website exclude taxes, shipping and delivery charges.
Canadian Orders
Our Canadian customers agree to pay all applicable federal and provincial taxes associated with shipping/delivery.
Depending on the size and destination of the parcel we will decide which courier we will use.
Your products will ship within 5-7 business days from the date of order, provided all items are in stock. As soon as your order is ready for shipping, you’ll be provided with a tracking number and we will notify you by email when your order is out for delivery. Please feel free to email our customer service at support@revellelinens.com in the event of any delivery delays.
A signature is required for the delivery of all shipments unless otherwise noted.
Curb Side Pickup
Pickup is available Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm.
We will notify you by email once your order is ready for pickup.
Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Please come to front reception door and ring the bell. If no one opens the door, call 1-833-922-3379.

U.S. Orders
As our US customer, you agree to take full responsibility for any taxes, shipping costs and duties your local customs office may charge.
Legally, we’re required to disclose the full value of your package and cannot change it.
Please note, if you decide to refuse any shipment from Revelle Linens, you’d still be required to pay the original shipping, duties, taxes and customs cost.
We identify the carrier based on the best shipping rates.
Most of our US customers report receiving their orders within 1-2 weeks from the day of shipment, however, we have no control over how long your order may be held in customs.
Important note: US customs processing is completely out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for how Customs handle your package (i.e. damage, taxes, duties, fees, etc.), whether they open your package, as well as any associated costs of returning the package to us.
Returns are your responsibility, as well as any associated fees. Refer to our Return Policy.
Order tracking
Our ordering system is linked up with the shipping company allowing you access to the updated tracking information. Once you complete your order the system will send you an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to the updated tracking information.
Back Ordered Items
Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.
Sales Taxes
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process. Taxes are based on the country and province/state where the items are being shipped.
Damaged Freight Policy
If you receive a shipment that appears to be damaged, the shipment must be refused or marked clearly on the delivery receipt when you sign for the shipment. Revelle Linens must be notified by email support@revellelinens.com within 48 hrs to file a claim. If the delivery receipt or BOL (Bill of Lading) is not marked, we will have no recourse with the shipping company.
Shipments Refused on Delivery
Any shipments refused other than damage will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs.
All refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
